MAF Giving Guide

Look for MAF under Christian Service Charities. When you give, please designate #10989 on your pledge form.

Many corporations offer a workplace giving program where you can contribute to a charity. Ask your employer if you have a "donor choice" option. If so, write in MAF on the pledge form.

Does your employer promote workplace fundraising through United Way? If so, you may be able to designate your contributions to MAF. Ask your employer.

Your place of employment may be one of hundreds of companies that are generously matching their employees' contributions to MAF. To determine if your employer will double your gifts to MAF, follow these four easy steps:

1. SEARCH: Enter your company's name in the Matching Gifts Company Database box and click "Search." Or you can simply contact your employer's Human Resources office and ask if your company matches employee donations.
2. REVIEW: If your employer is found in the Matching Gifts Company Database, review your company's program guidelines found there, to see if MAF is eligible to receive matching gifts. If your employer does not match employee contributions to MAF, please email the name of your employer to the MAF Workplace Giving administrator at cfc@maf.org, and we thank you for your efforts!
3. FILL OUT: After you've determined that MAF is eligible to receive matching gifts from your company, print or request a copy of your employer's matching gift form (you may be able to fill it out and submit it electronically if your company has an Intranet).
4. SEND: If you've filled out a matching gift form by hand, rather than electronically, mail it to MAF, PO Box 47, Nampa, ID 83653-0047. The rest will be handled by MAF, and you'll receive a confirmation of your employer's generous matching donation going directly to MAF on your behalf.

Benefit Bar - Offers a real time communication and fundraising toolbar powered by Yahoo! The toolbar contains the MAF name which provides a link to our website, the yahoo search where you earn 5 cents each time you click on a sponsored search result, access to your online shopping mall with over 1,500 stores (Walmart, Home Depot, Office Max, etc..), and two customizable links pointing to anywhere on the Internet. Works with IE and Firefox.

GoodSearch - A search engine which donates 50% of its revenue to charities like MAF. You use GoodSearch exactly as you would any other search engine.

iGive - Raise money for MAF, every time you search the web! iSearchiGive.com is a search engine powered by iGive.com, the Internet's first online shopping mall where a portion of each purchase can be donated to MAF.

Mission Fish (eBay Giving Works) - Allows sellers to give proceeds from their sales to MAF. MAF can also receive donations from eBay users through the Donate Now feature (via PayPal).
