Business and Administration

The technical nature of MAF's ministry and the logistics required to make each flight program run safely and efficiently means that diligent administration is required. MAF always needs people with administrative, accounting, management, or general maintenance (building and grounds) skills to enable the ministry to operate effectively to share the love of Jesus Christ with those in isolated regions.

Most finance, administration, and general maintenance candidates join MAF initially in a short-term associate (STA) role, with a minimum commitment of one to two years.

Missionary Qualifications

All candidates must meet the following personal qualifications. Couples applying to MAF must individually meet these qualifications.

  • Committed relationship with Jesus Christ and affirmation of spiritual maturity by others
  • A desire to be part of fulfilling the Great Commission
  • Willingness to raise prayer and financial support
  • Active in a local church or ministry for at least two years
