We invite you to be a part of the exciting work God is doing through MAF!

MAF is looking for people with a faith in Jesus Christ and the desire to share their time and talents to partner with this ministry. Short-term and long-term ministry positions are available.

It is our sincere desire to place volunteers in a ministry that will employ their gifts and strengths as they grow in Christ, while at the same time advancing the ministry of MAF in a significant way for God's kingdom.

Volunteer Responsibilities

  • Be a consistent witness for Christ
  • Pray regularly for the worldwide ministry of MAF
  • Commit to assigned project or task until completion
  • Communicate your availability to serve

Administration

Administrative and support positions generally in the office environment, such as data entry, transcription, hand-writing notes, stuffing envelopes, and assisting with mailings.

Aviation & Mechanics

If A&P certificated, work in the hangar. Fabrication shop volunteers build ground support equipment, tooling, modification kits and fixtures.

Construction & Maintenance

There are a variety of maintenance projects around the Nampa headquarters in which volunteers are able to assist such as landscaping, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, and airport transportation.

Technology Resources

Volunteers serve through research, software development, and producing digital training resources.

Tour Guide

Trained tour guides (local volunteers) are needed daily to conduct professional tours of the MAF headquarters in Idaho for visiting groups.

Meals/Banquets/Events

Assisting with set up, serving, and clean up for various events.

Overseas Ministry

Occasionally there are volunteer positions needed on our overseas programs.
