Jonathan and Carisa Webb

Jonathan, Carisa, and their children are looking forward to serving with Mission Aviation Fellowship in Chad, Africa. Jonathan plans to primarily provide technical support to the aviation program as chief engineer for the two aircraft based there. Carisa and the children will be supporting Jonathan and anticipate being involved in various ministries in the community including teaching English, mechanical work, IT services, etc.

“But thanks be to God, who always leads us in His triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place.”
II Corinthians 2:14

Jonathan was born in Pennsylvania to parents who served as missionaries in Africa. He came to know Christ at a young age through instruction from God’s Word and the godly example of believers around him. After attending schools in Africa, Pennsylvania, and Maine, Jonathan moved to Georgia and graduated from Toccoa Falls College with a degree in cross-cultural studies and went on to earn his airframe and powerplant mechanics ratings with Inspection Authorization privileges as well as repairman’s certificate while working at Foothills Aviation, Incorporated in Toccoa, Georgia.

Carisa was born and raised in western Pennsylvania. She came to know Christ at age three. During high school and her early college years, she worked for Child Evangelism Fellowship during the summer and developed a passion for sharing God’s Word particularly with children. Carisa graduated from Toccoa Falls College with a degree in middle grades education. She has been actively using her degree while homeschooling for the last fourteen years and enjoys teaching children at church.

Jonathan and Carisa met at Toccoa Falls College and were married in 1995. God has blessed them with six children ranging from six to twenty years old —Maria, Nathan, Tabitha, Elijah, Hannah, and Timothy. The children enjoy raising animals, fixing things, assisting with A/V needs, and working with the children’s programs at church. They anticipate serving the Lord in meaningful ways while supporting each other along with the body of Christ in Chad.
